So Quiet

Got this with a Best Brass copper Cool Jazz mute. I had to smile at the size of this, it's so small but it works so well. The sound is carried from the main mute so you get that mute sound but with the volume considerably dropped. It can't be heard in the next room, so living in a block of flats makes this the perfect set up. Intonation is better than I found with the Yamaha Silent Brass and so much quieter than the Denis Wick I used to use. Happy as a piggy in poo poo, love it.

Cool functional Keychain

Was looking for a new keychain when I came upon this.

This actually saves me carrieng a practice mute with me. It really does work and dampen the sound of my trumpet a lot. When using with a mouthpiece, it dampens, but only slightly.

Allways a blast when I pull out a tiny mute, and it actually works. Really grabs the attention of my collegue musicians!

Pro:

- looks good

- dampens good when used with harmon mute

- multifunctional

cons:

- loud when used with mouthpiece

- attachment cord seems a bit weak.

OK BUT YOU DON`T NEED IT

Not needed.... Believe me. Looks nice and ok for put it in the harmon but apsolutely not needed.... The sound is nothing special and the buzzing of the mouthpiece is not so silent.... Big resistance....
