Great headphones

Bought these mostly for mixing, but I also like to use them just for listening music. Great quality build and sound. Sound is really crisp and detailed. The lows are really subtle and not overwhelming for me, like with a lot of other headphones. But all in all, would recommend!

Legendary studio headphones with a challenge.

These are the famous and past through decades studio headphones for any genre of music. But they are useless without proper tuning and optimization. Without tuning, these headphones will shoot the upper frequencies through your ears. If you pair these headphones with programs like Sonarworks or Realphones, you absolutely don't need any other headphones.

Best Closed-Back Headphones in this price range

Not as comfortable as my Sennheiser HD650, but the sound is perfect. I highly recommend!

Good Sound

SOUND: Overall very clear sound with wide stereo image. I find them especially good for rough mixes because of the wide stereo image. Bass is clear and tight, no mud and mush in the low end, which is exceptional at this price level. Mids are well defined and clear. Highs are very nice, but kind of soft, so you will want to take that into consideration while mixing. Most other headphones and monitors will sound brighter and crispier. I personally prefer the tamed highs on DT770, since they allow me to listen for longer, without as much ear fatigue. This is totally a personal preference though. Just so there is no confusion. COMFORT: 10/10. The ear-pads are magic in my opinion. I can easily wear the headphones for hours without noticing them. BUILD: Great, as with most of the Beyerdynamic stuff. I have dropped them many times and squished them in my backpack, but there is not a scratch on them. However, if you manage to break them, every part is replaceable and you can buy it from Beyerdynamic. Overall, I would even say they are cheap for what you get. PROS: - Tight bass response (not heavy thought) - Clear sound - Exceptional comfort - Great build - Sound clarity CONS: - Cable is not detachable - Ever so slightly tamed highs (not a con for me, but some people might not like this) Highly recommend these!

Very comfortable with glasses

At first, I was sceptical because I was afraid it would be comfortable with glasses and Initially, it hurt my head when wearing it with glasses, after adjusting it and wearing it for a few days so it was and still is quite comfortable, the pads are nice and soft meaning it's easy to wear for hours, you forget it's on your head. The sound quality is very good, playing bass and guitar sounds amazing, I'm also able to spot imperfections easily with these headphones which is useful for fixing recordings. The build quality is good, it has an adjustable headband so it can fit a range of sizes and it is comfortable, the materials used seem strong as well. It's definitely worth getting because it's built well, sounds well and it's comfortable with glasses (main reason I got it).

Very comfortable for long work High frequences are a little to much boosted, but with Sonarworks correction it's perfect
