This is an updated cable for 840A/440A. It will not work on old 840/440/940. Shure now ships its cables and ear pads in a quality box, rather than simply in a reusable bag as before. Bravo Shure. The weight of the cable is as much as 129 grams))) I cut it off and soldered my own socket to connect my cables.
