It works well, and is good for the price

It sounds kinda good, but the built-in features and effects are cool for the price. Good practice amp, enjoy!

ok for an practice amp

this amp has alot of features but I didn't give it a 5 star because blackstar has omitted some features from the bigger head even though they run all run on the same firmware/os, It seems like an artificial limitation.

on handling I gave it a 3 stars because even though you can tweak alot of stuff, most of the real toneshaping capabilities are only availble after you connect it to a pc.

The sound is ok but I don't get the feel I get from this as I would from an 10watt "actual" amp. It sounds good but fails to deliver a real amp feel (even though some modelling amps can give you that). To be honest you can't expect more for this price!

quality wise... yea it defintely feels durable enough for home use. it's an hard plastic which should last if used at home.

Disturb your neighbors with taste

This one is loud and has a great tone. You can't compare it with a lot of amps in this price range. It doesn't hurt your ears with awful distortion, in fact the overdriven channels are so good that even a demo recording would sound great.

Build quality is good, everything feels sturdy and knobs are satisfying to turn. It isn't that heavy for its size, but it doesn't feel cheap as other light weight amps would feel.

Overall, if you need a practice amp that will make you want to play more, this is the amp for you.
