Effect Pedal for Electric Guitar

sounds OK
The pedal sound is alright i think you need a marshall or some other amp where you can use cables for this pedal so it sounds even better. still am very happy with it especially with al the features like a whammy setting, its very sick
great pedal
Bought the pedal. Awesome quality. Many optipons and possibilities in a compact pedal.
Disappointed in this pedal
I bought this pedal for it's harmony function, it sounds very poor to my ears. I will be returning it.
One of the most versatile pedals ever.
The Whammy 1 or 2-octave mode is thoroughly used in all albums I did with OUTLOUD and its SO good I dont know why more guitarists are using it!
The chorus mode is so-so, and the actual harmonizer is difficult to make it work properly, given that you know about harmony etc, but the truth is that im using it only for the Whammy so perhaps someone can utilize it better than me.
still, my favorite pedal!
Needs to be retired...
Brought this with great expectations to do Thin Lizzy and Iron Maiden harmonies with one guitar... The harmonies created are a bit 'Tinny' and do not when put through a second driven amp sound any good. It is 8 year old digital technology and is 'Tired' now. Brought the TC Electronics Quintessence instead new product in 2017 and is so much more useable...
UGH!
I really wanted this pedal to work for me. Unfortunately it is live only, and when switched out, it colours my tone too much. I've worked hard toget what I want so was really dissapointed.
Versatile Unit
Usual Boss build quality, great for harmonies & octaves. 4/6, 3/5 etc. +1 High octave, -1 Low octave. I believe you can achieve some interesting pseudo-chorusing effects with this unit but I've not had chance to explore those yet.
It isn't capable of handling major to minor changes (& vice versa) and lacks intelligence in this area but that said , it's still a cracking bit of kit. A useful addition to any pedalboard.
Awesome Sounding Pedal
I bought this pedal to use with my bass and I am blown away by it. The sound quality is excellent, the sensitivity of the pedal is perfect and its all in one regular Boss sized pedal. Theres room for so much effects on this pedal and so many different combinations of tone and sound.
I have several different Boss pedals but the pitch shift on this is so cool. It adds a different dimension to what your playing. Even if you're playing major or minor chords it has a selection to change the octave notes to suit what you are playing.
I love and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to experiment with cool sounds. Its very impressive and it still sounds natural to your guitar or bass sound unlike some of the other more digital pedals that you can buy.
Bass review.
I play bass primarily and I was looking to get that sound that Michael League from Snarky Puppy gets and with this pedal it's pretty darn close. By far what I use it for most is the octave up and/or down feature and the pitch bend (you can get a really cool swell or bass drop effect with this). The harmonies with 3 pitches can get a bit muddy if you're not in the higher register. It also and sound a tad artificial especially when you go an octave or two up but I don't mind that since it gives a St Vincent-y vibe. All in if you're looking to experiment with you bass sound I would recommend this.
GUITAR HARMONIZER
I bought this pedal for my pedalboard for jaming and live. The sound and quality is good. You must repare each song before jou start paying - pitch settings, so in live you have to be careful. In the recordings works very well. Considering the price and quality, the pedal a good investment.
