Under my expectations

I expected this rosin to be a combination of hardness between Kolstein and Nyman, but it dries out very quickly and in the end you are left with a chunk of sticky substance that makes the bow slip on strings if you use too much or too little of it. I will try combining it with Pops so it doesn't go to waste if possible. Good side of it is the tin package it comes in with so I just put it in an old used kolstein rubber sock case.

Excellent Rosin for orquestra

Very good rosin for orquestral playing, been using it for years on and off, but always go back and buy a new cake.

It is very sticky rosin so you will get a nice grip for low notes, and you will get a nice dark tone out of it.

I dont considerer a very good rosin for solo playing, it is too much sticky to play close to the bridge, wich sometime makes the bow stop.

Normaly after one year of playing this rosin gets dry, at least where I live , so every year I buy a new one.

Should be use very little at a time, if you put too much your bow will stick to the string and stop.

Another advice never leave in the car in hot weather it will melt down and turn in to goo.
