Simple and excellent addition to my studio

It lives on my desk, quietly doing nothing, taking up very little room. Until I need it and then BOOM there it is, in a second, plugging my fingers right into the DAW. Love it.

Best keyboard for me

I fell in love with this keyboard at first sight and touch!

The time for such mechanics has come long ago, we no longer need to swing the thick strings on the piano, the small key travel allows you to play easily and quickly, which is what Jordan Rudess uses.

It didn't even take getting used to, unpacked, plugged in and started playing!

It's a low profile keyboard with everything

The good:

- polifonic or chanel pressure aftertouch (easy to set up via the app)

- pressure sensitive everything

- 3 octaves

- low profile

- sexy

- feels like a mac keyboard

- had fun with it

- you can enable shortcuts mode on the key that allows you to switch channels, velocity curves, aftertouch mode (poly or mono) and transpose

The bad:

- feel like a mac keyboard

- aftertouch is sensitive (but can be configured)

- everything is touch sensitive, need to train those fingers

- only cable it comes with is the usb one (others sold separately and have a proprietary soket)

- polyphonic aftertouch is only compatible with some apps (anymoog for ipad for example) so you have to switch often between mono and poly. Fortunately this is easy if you enable key shortcuts using the xkey app

Amazing feel and size

Love this keyboard. It fits right in front of my 13" Macbook Pro.

They keys are full size and are a wonder to play. The only issue is that the aftertouch is not working no matter what you do. So I'd suggest CME to drop the price by ¤50 and remove advertising it as a polyphonic aftertouch keyboard.
