Cordoba Mini II Bass MH-E
Electro-Acoustic Bass

Mini, lovable travel/practice sound
I did not expect such a wholesome and bassy sound from this one. It is great for practice and if you have a good loud amplifier I would say it could also stand for live performances. Really impressed. Sometimes I prefer grabbing and playing on this one over my electric bass.
Amazing instrument, but quality issues
First one I got played and sounded brilliantly, but unfortunately the built in pickup didn't work. No sound at all through the jack output. Tuner didn't function either. Looking inside, the underside of the bridge looked extremely messy (loose cabling, splintered wood).
I loved it a lot, but obviously had to send it back due to these issues.
I was eagerly looking forward to the replacement. However when receiving this one, there was a visible gap between the neck and the body, with the body cracked where the neck meets the body.
The action was simply broken and the neck barely attached to the body.
Not playable at all.
I still want one because the first one played and sounded brilliantly, but I unfortunately have to recommend playing it and checking it before buying.
2 bad ones feels a bit too accidental.
So it seems Cordoba designed a great instrument, but is having trouble building it reliably.
