Favourite strings

I don't know why I find so much bad reviews of Corelli Crystal strings. They're my favourite, and I've tested LOTS of strings. I always come back to them. They sound the closest to gut, while still being clearly synthetic and quite stable. They do take a bit of time to stretch and stay in tune, and they don't have the lifespan of steel, but THE SOUND !! It's strong, round, wooden, detailed... everything I want ! The G really gives that extra kick of slightly bass tones that lacks on so many violins.

I just don't like the E string of the set, but my violin is a temperamental one on that topic. I use the Hill and love it to bits.
