Beat my (already high) expectations!
Just received it and played with it a for a couple of hours and love it already! Itâs been some time since I was so excited with a new pedal! Immediately I noticed the clarity and definition of the sound, ease of use and the sound âplasticityâ to the touch of my fingers! Iâll write again a more âmatureâ review after a couple of months
The Overdrive I've been searching for my whole life!!!
I've seen a few reviews of this pedal and I have to say I'm not disappointed. The warm, authentic valve drive you get is just heartwarming. Not surprising since there's an actual valve inside. You can get anything from a mild boost to classic rock and heavy crunch. With the gain dimed and the boost engaged it will even take an already driven amp in to metal territory. I prefer to have it set to mid gain and use the guitars' volume to clean it up (which it does extremely well) and then use the boost side as a solo boost. Cant recommend this pedal enough. The included powersupply is a bonus too. I really have no complaints
