Not for me
I didn't like these. Someone had told me they were warm yet responsive, which is exactly what I'm looking for. I was hoping to have found an alternative for the Pirastro Violino strings that I normally use. I like the sound of those a lot, but found the quality a bit dodgy on one or two sets. However, the D'Addario's were way too bright for me, so I put the old strings back on and ordered more Pirastro's. I'll give the D'Addario's to a friend who likes bright strings, I'll let you know what he thinks.
