Daddario EJ45-3D Reviews

I am not a classical guitar player, but I do enjoy some country style finger picking on my nylon strung guitar. These strings (like all D'Addarios in my opinion) improve the sound and playability of any guitar. In my case a curious nondescript Swedish Spanish guitar from the 1970s.

Great strings

I have tried many different kinds of classical guitar strings but I always come back to these ones. With normal tension strings it is easy to play and a new set of Daddarios sounds really good. I have also tried the Daddario set with composite g string which stays in tune much better compared to nylon g, but those sets are much more expensive and the composite g just does not feel quite right under your finger tip.

Lasergeprüft!

Daddario steht für richtig gute Konzertgitarren-Saiten. Ähnlich wie "Savarez" wird jede einzelne Nylonsaite per Laser geprüft und im Notfall selektiert. Das ist von Vorteil, da man so recht sicher sein kann, dass die Saite nicht aus materialtechnischen Gründen reißt oder gar defekt ist. Der Klang ist sehr rund und weich.

Die tiefe E-Saite ist an einem Ende etwas weniger mit Draht umsponnen, damit sie etwas an Steifigkeit verliert und sich so problemlos am Steg aufwickeln lässt. Die Länge einer jeden Nylon ist ausreichend. Die Saite hält bei entsprechendem Umgang relativ lang. Im Vorratsdreierpack hol ich sie mir recht gern, da man da noch ein paar Cent pro Satz im Vergleich zum Einzelkauf spart. Aber probiert es selbst aus.
