Replaced 10g with this 11g. And I can fell big difference in how I play. Strings don't bend soo easy and you stay in tune if you push hard on strings like I do.

Daddario strings

always my first choice of electric guitar strings. They do not decay in the original anti oxidance box. i highly recommend

Use 11 for my hollow body guitar instead of 9 - the sound has become more saturated

Great Strings for Bigsby Users

I've been using these strings on any Bigsby equipped guitar for the past 6 years, allow for greater tuning stability.

Perfect for D-Standard and a joy to play.

Since trying my first balanced tension set 6-8 months ago I have been in love with the idea. Where the option exists, I will never be going back to a regular set of strings.

Why are they great?

Very similar tension across all strings makes chording and consistent playing a breeze. Of course it is possible with a 'regular set', but it is simply easier like this.

As per usual, D'addario strings sound great and easily last a month of regular, heavy playing (or two if you don't play too much).

the 11-50 set is perfect for my d-Standard guitar (and you could exchange the 50 for a 56 if you wanted drop-c with a balanced tension - I have tried it). This particular guitar has the 25.5" scale.

Negatives?

What negatives?

I can't really think of any, however I don't gig often so I will add a notice that D'Addario also make strings which they claim last longer. If you end up very sweaty during a performance, these strings might not last as long as they do for me.

Best Strings Ever !!!

These strings are by far the best that i have ever come across,, Extreme Value for money. They sound great and of coarse feel great. The only strings i will ever put on my guitar.

Good but...

D'Addario is probably the most well-known guitar string company at the moment. My only complaint, and that of many others, is that they don't last long. You have to change them often. Perhaps more often than other brands.
