If you want your NS bass to sound like a mike'd upright and for real, this is the string to use.

Sounds more like an upright
These strings were meant for the nsx,they are fatter,smoother feel,softer warm tone and much easier to play than the stock strings shipped with the bass.The tone of them is VERY near a real upright bass,to my ears anyway...get them you wont be disappointed!
