Not sure how it differs from guitar strings.
A little pricey for what seems to me like acoustic guitar strings. Not sure what the difference would be here.

A funky sound
A friend had this old 6 string banjo with an old calfskin fitted but no strings or bridge and he asked me to set it up.The Deering strings do the business very well and give out a good bass sound on the lower strings and a bright sound on the top strings.I play tenor banjo normally but the six string banjo certainly gives a really full sound.As usual your service was prompt and first class. Keep swinging. Eric.
