Doepfer A-134-1 Vc Pan MKII
Based on 3 reviews
I purchased this primarily to automate movement around the stereo field, which is does brilliantly. It also works well as a dual VCA, albeit one that can't be modulated by an external input at the only CV control relates to the stereo pan position and not the volume. It's perhaps worth noticing that you would need both Level dials set at the same level to get the best effect, even if there is only one input being used as these refer to the output level and not the input. This would be a great way to automate an oscillator's output to two different filters, automatically crossfading between the two. I can see more than one of these having a home in my rack.
Erica Synths Pico Ring
Based on 1 reviews
Erica Synths Pico modules give you a lot in a small space for a nice price, and the Pico Ring is no exception. This module contains an internal sine wave oscillator, which is its default modulation source. Most ring modules in this range don't come with an internal oscillator - you usually have to sacrifice one of your oscillators - so really it's like two modules in one. You can always use other signals as a modulation source, and attenuate them as well. A great addition to any modular system.
Doepfer A-134-2 Dual Vc Crossfader
Based on 5 reviews
It does what it's supposed to do. Love it, really useful to have two vc crossfaders so small. I really don't mind at all that it has zero controls, usually when I want to crossfade, I just want to do that, move from one signal to another with a simple cv. Perfect!
