Make your bassdrum look like an asshole.
You gain power and volume (not too much) but your kick sounds very dry which could leave you with fewer options in EQ. Or if you have a crappy bassdrum (like we all used to have) it might help control your sound.

This is a cool but not a very necessary product. It doe's not fit in the jazz, blues genre(??) But it might be good for metal, rock and pop. I recommend looking at youtube videos and make up your own mind. I can't recommend or dis(like) this product. It's a gadget that some people will like but maybe you should try something else if you wanna change your sound
