Love this pedal

Space saving, good sounding! Auto return works and is very nice on a wha pedal!!

Very well thought out and executed

I used to own the classic GCB95, where one could set the range by unscrewing the bottom and manually adjusting the gear. The 535q's controls offer a selection of different ranges, more easily. However, I haven't been able to find the ideal setting, yet.

The mini size is not a problem, even for larger-than-average feet when standing. When seating, it's even possible to only use one's toes. Positioning it on the board, as well as cabling around is so much easier.

The auto-return feature is what sets this pedal apart, in my opinion. Easy to engage, easy to disengage, impossible to get it wrong. My concern was whether, due to the auto-switch-off at the heel position, the pedal would accidentally switch off during a back-and-forth rocking motion; that's not the case, possibly due to a short, well-timed delay when switching off.

The adjustable boost setting is useful. I'd prefer the LED indicator to be red but, due to its position on the side, it's not a nuisance.

A knob to blend in the dry signal would be welcome.

The pedal feels sturdy and well-balanced. All elements look good and feel nice to the touch.

Due to the pedal normally resting at the heel position, it limits access to whatever is behind it.

Overall, this pedal is very well thought out, very well executed and would only leave my board to be replaced by an exact same one with an added blend knob.
