Composer Cloud: Quality Libraries for Reasonable Price
This choice of sample libraries varies from top-quality orchestral ones to rock or synth genres. Must have for a budding composer working with samples, for at least a year try. Maybe you can then choose the libraries you will buy with a perpetual license.
But beware: The libraries are huge. You better get a dedicated fast 2TB hard drive and fast computer for reasonable work.
