8-Step Program

This really is a fantastic pedal. I saw it and knew I would be combining it with the HOG. I was slightly worried it wouldn't be able to do everything I was thinking of, but they have accounted for everything I might want to do with it.

One minor issue - the TRS stereo cable supplied with it didn't fit perfectly into the 8-Step, and so the unit operated (I think) as if it were a mono cable, outputting a control voltage and not operating correctly at all. This was easily fixed by replacing the cable with one of my own. It would be a good idea to have one on hand, just in case.

cv sequencer

very nice for sequencing filter cutoff(using it with arturia microbrute). pitch sequencing tends to sound more percussive than tunefull. sometimes skips to the beginning of a pattern before finishing the currant bar. the adapter shipped with it was the wrong size. fun control voltage sequencer.
