Elektron Analog Heat mkII
Stereo Analogue Sound Processor

Latest User Reviews
Awesome unit
Great sound and works incredibly well as an analog hybrid plugin.
Use it with care
I only use the clean boost, saturation and enhancement. Everything else is too much for me, but maybe great for others. The eq and filters are surprisingly good. So far I've used it on live recorded drums. With just a touch of saturation this box really improved some well-recorded drums. Very nice to use Overbridge and add that real analog processing as a plugin. A bit strange that you can't run it on mono tracks via Overbridge (or can you?). Also, the physical knobs are a bit slow at reacting when you activate them.
Very nice
Add some Tabasco Sauce to your tracks, recommended. :)
Deep possibilities
Really happy with the Analog Heat. It helped me with my approach to performing (usb class compliance is great with iOS devices!) and recording.
Fantastic Machine
This is an effect machine, but since Elektron offers an OVER BRIDGE integration with any DAW. I can use this as a plugin effect in my Logic Pro X, which is fantastic!!.
It is an analogue effect and can plugin as if it were a plugin software in DAW. And it sounds far much better than the digital emulation software. I really like this machine.
Fantastic saturator
As good as the Elektron products get. I also use the Analog Rytm MK2, and even though it has some built in saturator, when i plug it in through the Heat, it takes everything to a new level. Of course it works well on almost anything you plug it in and also firmware updates from Elektron are always a treat.
Really fun!
It's really fun to use it in both ways: total analog and also with the Overbridge plugin! Definitely made my life easier when the matter is to bring some warmness to my mixes.
Thanks Elektron!
A fantastic analog machine
I bought this to bring some analog life and add character to my Digitakt. It complements it perfectly.
There are so many possibilities of sound shaping when it comes to using this instrument. There is a steep learning curve to understand exactly what is going on - but if you are already used to the Elektron workflow, you will have no problems getting a grip on it.
The warmth and color it adds is amazing ; from subtle to extreme - but it is definitely there, and can be heard.
The ability to use it as an audio interface and a plugin in your daw only adds to the versatility of the product.
Like all complex devices, it is advisable to read the manual to get the best and most out of it. I do not see any reason why I wouldn't need this FX processing unit in my set up.
It is very much worth the purchase.
Amazing sound
I use it very lightly to add warmth. its very nice sounding. unbelievable to use with you computer overbridge style. great tool.
