Still the best strings

Once I switched to Elixir I never want to go back to other non-coated strings. Due to sweaty handy, other brand oxidize after a few sessions and I will not go through the hassle of changing strings every week.

Since I started playing slide guitar I wanted to size up on the e and b string. I'm happy that I can finally buy them solo!

I can fully recommend these strings!

Great Product

My strings of choice for the last 8 years or so. Smooth, durable, crisp tones all day.

Long lasting good value plain string

Bought this plain string for a custom strings gauge. Been a long time Elixir strings user. This newer formula with anti rust feels and sounds even more natural and classic as far as plain strings tones go. Seems resistent to corrosion just like it's supposed to be.

Good thing the possibility to buy single strings for your own gauge, also with these Elixirs, which are your best bet as coated/anti just plain strings, in my opinion.

Used for mandolin

This string I used on my mandolin. I made my own set out of a combination of Elixir guitar string sets and single strings.

Not the cheapest solution, but the result is perfect. I use Elixir strings on all of my instruments, and they are the best.

Some like the Elixir, some don't. Some hate the sound, some hate the feel. I like them both.

After a month it still sounds nice.

I think it's always good to try the world famous elixir strings and form your own opinion.

You can also create your own custom set of strings, since they are not so expensive.

No matter if you're a hobbyist, or a stage veteran, extra string longevity is always a good thing.
