Best i ever tried

In the past I have had problems with rusty strings because I tend to sweat quite quickly. So I gave the Elixir strings a try and must say that I haven't been disappointed. These cost maybe 3 times as much but they actually last 5 or 6 times as long as the standard strings. This nanoweb stuff is worth every penny! I promise!

Best strings I've used

I bought a second hand Taylor acoustic which although in great condition still had the over one year old Elixir original strings. I thought they sounded good, and easy to play being 10-46, so I replaced them with the same spec. ....even better! They are very bright crisp rounded tone, and a dream to play ...it gave acoustic guitar playing a new meaning. With a well set up fretboard these are very close to light electric strings in feel. I have since restrung my Larrivee with them, sounds brilliant, and they stay good for much much longer than conventional phosphor bronze.

Elixir string worth the money

Elixir strings are quite expensive than other manufacturers string for sure but they well worth the money as they stays clean 3-4 times longer. that's why all of my axes have Elixirs on them.

I love this extra light gauge as it fits my play style and gives great high tone for strumming.
