Eminence Texas Heat 16 Ohm
Guitar Speaker

Latest User Reviews
Wonderful speaker for blues, hardrock and doom
This speaker is high-quality build and powerful.
I would say that it lends itself to all kinds of music, but maybe
not so much in a fender amp which clean "fender sound" is desirable.
This speaker color midrange small in the lower frequencies.
I think to describe the speaker a bit like the marshall direction regarding
the sound as a whole.
I use the speaker when I play blues and rock.
I also use this speaker when i play doom music together with the Eminence V12
speaker with success.
I tried to use it's brother Swamp thang but that speaker generated to much feedback (in a negative sense).
If you like Doom or Drone with heavy bottom go for Texas Heat not Swamp Thang.
Swamp thang has i bigger magnet and is to clean compared to Texas Heat.
How ever if you are going for clean fender sound or playing metal with a more controlled sound the Swamp Thang perhaps is a better choice.
