Seems to be JJ tubes from Slovakia. Not Russian, but not Chinese as well. Quality is really good, price is good and packing is safest I have ever seen! Highly reccomend!

I use those tubes in Laney cub super 10. I can say that the sound is more balanced in comparison with stock (Ruby) tubes. Overdrive became smoother and warmer.

This tube feels a lot more lively vs. all others, mids will open up, and treble will be separate layer without affecting mids. Ofc depends on music style, but if you are into classic rock, or metal, Mesa tube will give you exactl sound that you can describe as "rock\metal". This tube makes a difference even with hybrid-amps (Vox Valvetronix).
