Customer service was brilliant in responding to my questions about delivery and the guitar arrived in perfect condition. Have used it everyday for 2 years and its perfect! Will definitely use this website for future purchases.

Great guitar but needed some adjustment

Overall great guitar and I really enjoy playing it. Needed some adjustment when received: the switch was disconnecting - contact cleaner solved it. Some buzzing frets had to be leveled. So QC could be better.

Bad quality, okay for beginner

2 months after use and the mic selector doesn't work properly. There is a lot of hum/noise. The strings are not set properly (too high). The buttons are too weak.

Nice service

Guitar came in time, very well set. Nevertheless, the instrument is a bit noisy, even when any string is being played, which I think it is a feature of this Les Paul.
