Looks great, plays bad

Got this guitar 3 days ago. The setup on the guitar when it arrived was terrible, very high action and covered in dust. After messing around with the set up for a bit I got the action to a playable height. But then I have horrible fret buzz all over the low E string. Switch doesn't stay on the bridge position, sometimes randomly unclicks to the middle position. The volume and tone controls are very high off the body as well. Taking the guitar to a tech to now to see if they make make this guitar play like the €900 guitar it's meant to be. Overall, not happy
