Favorite strings for electric

There is something in these strings that keep me buying them again and again. I really like them and they last for a decent amount of time.

Never disappoints.

I use this on every electric guitar I own. It's an old realiable piece of material. Very cheap and does it's job great.

Nice strings!

I have used slinks on Gibson SG and Ibanez 555 for the last few years. The strings glide well and it’s nice to play them. I like the sound more than on anything else, but, of course, this opinion is subjective. Four stars only because Ernie Ball has a more interesting sound in the lineup, but such strings are much more expensive! In terms of price and quality - solid 5!

Nothing to add. I use those strings in all my guitars.

These are my favourite electric strings. They have a great sound and they last for ages. Highly reccomended.

They do the job.

They do exactly what they should do. They have a great tone.

Cons: Like all strings they tend to go dead after a while, but if you don't want to spend the extra few euro to get ones that last longer then a couple of packs of these will suffice.

a Timeless Classic

A timeless classic some liek them some don't, but they are the only strings that go on my electrics. I might change gauge on a specific guitar but the classic Slinky are my choice. Great sound, clear, good harmonics, when the guitar is properly set they don't easily break. Simply Timeless.

Beginner/Intermediate player here so I might not have that much experience with other strings, but these are everything you need.

Only downside is that they wear out a bit quick, but that's expected for the affordable price.

Reliable strings, great price

These strings are a standard for a reason, they are cheap, sound great and are very reliable quality wise.

Pros.. cheap, consistent, feel great, sound great.

Cons.. none.

Clear sounding well priced nice feeling guitar strings. What more could you ask for? Very happy, used them for last 10 years
