Love Ernie Ball

Great strings at great price

Good strings

The usual good strings, worth the money. After replacing the strings from the factory, the guitar became noticeably louder and more pleasant to sound.

Love these and with so many counterfeit strings about it's always worth grabbing a few with each purchase for the free delivery.

Ernie ball -- always the best!

Never had a bad set of strings from Ernie Ball. These strings are durable, feel great, and have a crisp and clear tone.

Old habbits die hard

I use these strings for a long time, now ( previously, I used EB regulars ) and I'm sticking with them.

They're durable, keep in tune nicelly, have a bright sound and ( that's a personal opinion, obviously ) the tone is great.

They also have a nice feel, so if you're thinking about changing strings, give them a try.

30+ years and Still great

These have been my string of choice since the 80s and they're still amazing. I feel like they break less than they used to but that could just be that the instruments I use are better.

My go-to strings

The quality of these strings will never be overlooked, specially at their price-point. These are my go-to strings as they serve its purpose perfectly and are durable.

Hard to review one of the most popular brands, but I like these on a fender electric.

Ernie's awesome, dude.

Amazingly affordable strings that never leave me wanting. Have these on my Jazzmaster and it just sounds great. Would love to be like the Edge and swap for new strings every day or so, because that feeling when you put up a new set is so cool, and they do go a bit dull after a month of constant use, but nothing that makes you wander where your money went.

And, to be fair, the packaging always makes me feel like a kid opening a bag of sweets for the first time. Happy times all around for this one.

I would go even this far to say that they are considered as a golden standard in the industry. If you wanna play. Play good. Play with Ernie Ball.

Classic for a reason

I used to look at the back of the super slinkys and wonder why everyone played them. Once you’ve played them you’ll know why. They’re light but sturdy, bright and focused and they just play well on any electric I’ve put them on. I play a Mexican vintage strat and standard us telecaster and these boys sounds amazing on them, no matter what style. They sound just as good playing indie, rock, reggae, blues, jazz, any style, they just sound focused, balanced and a really smooth tone. Recommend for any guitarist looking for sturdy, classic strings that won’t break the bank.

Good for the money

Good and cheap strings. Don't much experimenting with strings and mostly using Ernie Ball's.

The best stratocaster strings

My absolute favorite strings for any stratocaster type guitar. They're cheap, easy to install and consistently great.

Cannot fault Ernie Balls

As a lone tech in my own workshop I will fit whatever strings my customer wants. But if they ask me, It's usually Ernie Balls I recommend. The range is extensive and the quality, at the price point is fantastic. I've yet to have an EB unwind at the ball end or snap at the tuner when installing theses strings. Once they're stretched in, they hold their tune for ages.

I use these, or other gauge Ernie Ball, on all my guitars.

Super Slinkys are the best

Been using Earnie ball strings for as long as i can remember.

Cant fault them and i am incapable of using any other brand of strings, i always come back to these. very versatile and long lasting, strong and keeps a great tone after months of use.
