Rusty and smelly after 3 months

Very nice sound and feel right out of the box.

After 3 months, they became rusty with an awful smell. I've tried many flats and this is the first time I've experienced such a thing.

I will not be buying these again.

Flats also great for slap!!!

I'm in love with flats and recently was looking for new option for my new Moollon P Classic. I found out that one of my heros Pino Palladino was using those strings so I tried them.

So far I have been using them few hours a day for a month and they still sound like a new set. Many guys point out their great durability which I cannot comment just yet. I can't resist to slap on those strings!! Great slap tone, and flats feel! Highly recommended!

Came out of the package with bits of oxidation (or whatever it is)

Purchased almost a year ago, I have only opened the packaging today (sort of lost the strings for several months).

I was a bit disappointed to see that there were tiny blotches of whatever the proper chemical term is for the thing.

Doesn't seem to affect anything, strings sound nice, a bit zingy to start with but I am sure it'll wear out.

A must have

Everyone was telling me to be careful about flat strings, well these were just what i needed to take my "feeling" to the next level.

They offer a bit more tension to the neck, but its a matter of time to get used.

The overall result is just brilliant!
