Top Quality Drum Heads
I've used Evans heads on my drums for over 20 years and they have always been excellent.
Enhance warmness and perfect pitch tone
I use this as a bottom head skin on a 12" Yamaha tom.
This skin is thin and can stretch as much as you need. I like the bottom head to be very stiff and that head perfect get the job done. On the top of the tom, I am using a remo ambassador coated, Once that I have been able to adjust the harmonic, it's a warm, punchy and flat sound that gets out of the drum.
I personally do not like to put any kind of stuff on the bottom or top of the side of the drum head. I like to hear the tom to breath on its own and this head gets the job done.
One important thing to add is that once you have tuned it twice or thrice, it holds the pitch. You don't need to get back at tuning it again.
Great sound, great price
Great skin, holds it's tune well and sounds great! Good value for money too
perfect steel side snare reso
the 360 tech really helps it seat down, have it cranked up high and combined with the st genra dry on top makes for perfect articulation and clarity. highly recommended
