Fantastic bit of Kit

Had this pad for three or so years. Fantastic piece of kit. I'd have this on every pedalboard from now on as I find clicking in a wah the normal way a pain. I bought this to do a run of Beegees Tribute shows and it worked a dream, theres so many bits in those shows where wah fades in and out for the guitar parts and this pad was brilliant for that. I also do functions/weddings each week and still use this pad. Fab stuff. 10000000% recommended.

Works great ... usually

This thing works great, most of the time. Sometimes it's a little touchy, and you have to force it.

Excellent product, it does exactly what it claims

Very easy to install, great quality, the cables are made of metal (previous version was plastic).

I put some velcro tapes on top and bottom, so both my wah and the pad are steady.

I always had problems with my wah while playing live: sometimes I could not switch it on or off, sometimes I hit it so hard that my signal was dead etc.

With this pad I can leave my wah always on (I removed the on/off switch) and use it whenever I want without the stress I had in the past.

It is so sensitive that it works even if I softly kick my wah, and by doing this continuously I invented a new effect!!!

I think it is essential to all guitarists who gig a lot

Perfect!

Perfect idea for guitar players they use there wah wah as an swelling effect and not as an fixed filter.

The absolute best accessory for a wah pedal, brilliant idea.

Totally invisible to the signal chain when not in use and the wah is on instantly when you put your foot down, this is just perfect.

True Bypass for old Wahs

My old vox wah worlde great but i was never ßpleased with the sound loss at playing live. searches the internet for true bypass mods but was to afraid to totally ruin my sound and the wah. so i found this g lab tbwp true byapss wah pad in the store. i was very sketic how it works. but it is so easy: foot on and wah go -> great sound. foot off and the wah is off my signal chain. no hum, no sound loss and auot/off wah function. what else do you need?

great thing for vintage wahs and live use. never bad wah sound or the question is it off or on?

Great piece of kit for the gigging or sitting guitarist.

I purchased the G Lab TBWP True Bypass Wah Pad as I thought it would be nice to be able to dip in and out of the wah effect mid solo without the frustration of repeatedly stamping on the wah pedal trying to activate the switch. This can be particularly the case while sitting down as you cannot use your body weight as a lever. If I was gigging I would imagine it would give me more peace of mind that the effect will switch on when you really need it. I have to say it works very nicely with my Cry Baby and it really does remove any difficulty involved. It does not detract from the sound when on and as the Crybaby is not true bypass it probably preserves the dry signal much better (though my ears did not detect a great deal of change). My only gripe with this pedal is that it didn't seem to like my Ibanez WH10 wah very much as all. Firstly the leads on the wah pad were not really long enough to reach the Ibanez wah in/out (as they are situated at the top and not on the sides of the pedal) and secondly the pedal seemed to make a high pitch bell noise when ever you tried to activate it. Not too much of a disappointment as the WH10 has a decibel jump so it would not work in the way I intended to use it anyway.

Fantastic product!

The absolute best accessory for a wah pedal, brilliant idea.

Not having to toe stomp my wah to engage/disengage is priceless.

G Lab TBWP True Bypass Wah Pad

For those of us, like me, who hate (a) the tone suck that most wah pedals introduce to the signal chain and (b) trying to turn the thing off or on mid-song, the G-Lab TBWP Wah pad is essential.

Solidly built, clear instructions (including info on how to mount it to a pedalboard, etc, the thing just works. Silent and instantaneous switching, and true bypass make for a perfect combination.

The must!

What a great piece of gear!

Does exactly what it says on the box.

Just put your foot down and the wha goes on. Take it off and the wha is out of the signal.

One of the very best pieces of gear i have ever bought.

If you struggle with turning your wha pedal on and off, especially in live situations, this will change your life...
