Best Gibson pickups IMO

No need for introduction. Put 490R/498T in any Les Paul or SG guitar and it's alive.

The nest pick ups

These Gibson pick ups sound amazing in my Les Paul. These are the best pick ups money can buy. Only a Gibson pick ups sounds like a Gibson. Everything else is just a copy. This is the real deal.

Get a Gibson Les Paul Custom sound

I bought both this pickup and the 490R for bridge and neck positions respectively. They are the pickups currently used in Gibson's Les Paul Customs so seemed a logical choice in deciding to upgrade my Epiphone Les Paul Custom.

I also like that they offer a PAF-like sound but with more warmth due to the extra midrange. Additionally they can be adapted for coil tapping unlike the 57 classics

The pickups come in a very tasteful perspex box and a diagram with wiring instructions is included
