Sutrdy and reliable

I love these mic stands. The base doesn't take much space on the floor, they are very sturdy and reliable, all the screws turn smoothly.

The height is great for recording guitars standing up or sitting down.

Short & Sweet - The Stand For Sitting Down

Bought the Stand specifically for Recording Guitar where the player is sitting down.

Pros: Compact, Good Quality, Very Sturdy, extra weight also available.

Cons: None really, will be buying another

Solid microphone stand with easy to grip knobs.

The stand is quite heavy which makes it also very stable, although I would not recommend putting a heavy microphone on it at full extend. The knobs provide a lot of grip to screw down tightly into the wanted position. I use it on my desk as well as to record guitar amps with.

Just right for the job.

I have limited space in my home studio area andthe microphone stand I was using had a base with three long bars. It was continuously getting kicked or tripped over and getting cables wrapped round the legs. This Gravity stand has a smaller, round base which means it fits into mu set-up much better. A nice-looking and very functional stand which makes life a lot easier for me.
