These guitars are amazing value for money. If you do your research and know what you’re getting you’ll be pleased. This is not an Ibanez super thin/quick neck but is very playable and feels similar to a my 2004 Gibson Les Paul classic. Fret work is incredible … and you’re getting stainless steel. You’ll cover beautiful cleans to heavy rock very comfortably on this, it’s well balanced and not too heavy. All in all amazing guitar and at a price that’s incredible value for money in my opinion.

I finally got the guitar of my dreams after wanting one since the mid 80's. In short, it's absolutely fantastic. The sound it makes is lovely and the sonic versatility is amazing. 18 different pickup configurations! It's also a real looker and is flawless in it's build quality and finish. The mother of pearl inlays and purfling are gorgeous and really give this guitar a premium look. It feels very much like a SG with its thinner body and neck, and a bit like a double cut Les Paul with it's arched top. What a guitar! Very happy indeed.

I bought this guitar because I wanted humbucker sound from a more traditional guitar shape. I never liked the feel of a Las Paul style shape. The build quality of this guitar is amazing, the finish and the detail are very impressive, what you might expect from a guitar costing three or four times the price. The set up was amazing out of the box and the sound from the broadtron humbuckers is big, and full bodied like a Gibson humbucker, but also with a lot of bright single coil tones like a Fender Strat. I use a Marshall valve amp, and with the volume rolled back, the breakup / overdrive sound from the amp is exactly what I was hoping for. Very versatile sound, ideal for any style of music, clean or dirty. Very responsive to touch. A pleasure to play. This guitar has its own style and...

Yamaha Revstar RSS02T Hot Merlot

The guitar arrived today. Even at first glance it looked like a perfect paint job. In the merlot color, I see that there is also brocade. However, the frets had to be polished immediately with steel wool, as well as the fingerboard. There were traces of glue. I got the action and scale just right (didn't need much work). I played and looked at the fingerboard to see if he was right. There was a slight dent towards the seventh fret. After adjusting the truss rod, the sound became tighter, there was a wonderful presence in the middle frequencies. And the pickups on the guitar, because they have high power, started to bend in the amp (Fender Tweed) in a completely different way. The sound just went to another level. And that's just from a truss rod . Beautiful guitar!!!

I chose Danelectro cause they got their own thing goin on. I mainly bought this guitar because of its looks. But man, after plugging it in, the sound really bought me. I just love that pickup combination. You can really hear a difference between all 3 switches. I've already found use for all sounds I can get from that guitar. P90 sound is darker/fatter and great for garage stuff like Sonics, White Stripes, Oh Sees, and so on. HB lipstick is brighter and you can get great western-like sounds from it. When paired together (middle switch position), you get well balanced sound for everyday use :) Another thing, this guitar sounds amazing acoustically. It resonates very good and has unique sound to it. And last but not least, the sustain. That sustain, man. Never heard such good sustain on...

Cheap guitars are individuals with not equal quality, but I have to say that my "grey kramer" is strongly on the positive side. Tuners of this guitar are rubbish, just add the cost of new tuners to the guitar! The rest is very good for the money, everything is straight, stays well in tune and paint looks nice. Tried beefier 10-52 strings on it and started to love it! PS. Later I bought red edition of the same guitar as a kit to try different setups, but it feels cheaper(neck laquer is really thin!) and lower quality than the grey one. Is it occasion or not I don't know but grey one has been a good and stable instrument for me for a year!

Bravo, PRS!

I've heard people rave about Danelectros for their uniqueness and I've also seen people a bit disappointed in them, so I wasn't quite sure what I was going to get. However, it's been way better than I expected. It's very lightweight, the neck is very playable (sort of a thin C shape), the lipstick pickups are really nice and twangy, and have their own vintage sound. But, it's the orange metal flake finish that really sells it for me. It's stunning, especially under artificial light. I look at this and immediately just want to play it. I also have a MIM strat and a PRS SE and it's fair to say that the build quality of this isn't quite up to that standard, but in all honesty it's not bad. I was half expecting it to be in bits, and it just wasn't. It's well put together and...

this is a really nice guitar. fit and finish is flawless. Fretwork is very nice, nicely polished no buzz or dead spots. fret ends are nice tho it could only be a tiny bit improved. setup out of the box was very nice. once tuned intonation was spot on. The action was a tiny bit high but I prefer it really low. in a few seconds i was able to set it to my liking without any fret buzz. the sound is the danelectro sound. And it is where i got sad. It is not the guitars fault, but it turned out that what I liked on yt videos and sound samples I could not get along well in person. I tried it with H&K tube heads, randall and laney tube combos, transistor combo. but it simply is not for me. It is not the guitars fault, nothing wrong with it. it is just too bright and airy and chimey for my...
