This hearing protection is inexpensive and effective. I use them at concerts as well as on stage for vocals and rock guitars. They are unobtrusive, comfortable, and washable. The carry case is tiny and has a handy chain to attach in in your gig bag or to your keys to bring it with you everywhere. The sound is a serious grade above disposable earplugs and well worth the investment. No matter how fancy your earplugs they will inevitably change the sound you are hearing, that said these do quite a good job at keeping a useable sound. Like virtually all earplugs, they reduce treble more than bass, however the frequency curve of volume reduction feels very natural and unobtrusive.
