Excellent strings if you like low(ish) tension.

These are great sounding strings with a sweet tone that's leaning towards the warmer side of the spectrum. I particularly like the trebles but the basses are very nice too. The intonation is acceptable, which was a nice surprise after a very poor experience with the medium tension (black) strings from the same series.

Personally I prefer slightly higher tension strings but I knew what I was getting so I can't really complain. These are excellent strings if you like low tension. Of course, "low" is a relative term and Hannabach strings are usually slightly harder tension than you might expect from the description. In fact, these "low" tension strings are actually harder tension that D'Addarios "hard" tension strings so that's something to be aware of.

Highly recommended (but check out the tension figures on the packaging so you know what you're getting)!

Not really Low tension but also not sparkling

First time used, but rather dull sound. Not sparkling. Tension is also not really low: other brands offer medium tension string which have a lower tension than this set. This will not be my strings going forward. Disappointing…

Very good strings!

For sometime I needed some low tension strings because of an injury on my left hand. The sound is really good with very well defined basses and very good quality middles and trebles. However my hands tend to sweat a lot so the quality of the sound will diminish much faster than the high tension strings I normally use. Either way I definitely recommend these strings for study.

Good strings for lighter playing

These strings are light to play, but they still sound nearly as loud as the Black strings. For a junior player I can recommend these. Also for practising purposes for nearly anyone. Don't expect a big sound out of these. "Practise, baby, practise."

Almost Perfect

If you like light gauge strings on your classical guitar its hard to beat Hannabach 815LTs. The sound produced by these strings is far superior to any other sting I have used. There are some issues with strings breaking early, Hannabach should address this, apart from that they are a wonderful string.
