Incredible!

Incredible guitar, I'm very confident in guitar repairs and setups, however this guitar came near perfection. The only gripe I have is the pickups selector switch feels cheap. Everything else is incredible the set up was great, QC labels, action and intonation was good. Pickups aren't as wild as I thought they would be, not sure if that's a good or bad thing yet.

Great Piece of kit

While the build quailty is slightly lower than that of other brands around the same price, the features are well worth it.

Neck through, locking tuners, active EMG pickup etc all amazing

for a long time I chose a guitar in the range of 300-400 € and eventually settled on НВ Amarok BT, and was satisfied.

advantage - good sound, excellent sustain, comfortable neck.

of the shortcomings, I can single out only small shoals with painting, play in the sensor switches.

for the price it's probably the best tool and it's really worth the money.

Good for getting into baritones

found this guitar in a youtube video by andrew baena and after buying and playing for almost a year now, i can definately say this guitar is worth getting if you are looking for a cheaper option and getting into baritones. ive set it up multiple times myself and set it up professionally a few times and ive only just now lost a string for the first time like two days ago. ive used this guitar for recording some of the heavier stuff my band likes to play and never had any issues. the locking tuners are a great addition for the low price. the only thing i would change is maybe the pickups but that seems to be something most guitars get upgraded. overall its a great guitar and its built well. many thanks to HB

Not perfect, but excellent for the price.

I purchased this to have an inexpensive introduction to playing baritone as I wasn't sure if I'd care for it and stick with it. Plus if I did like it and later bought a nicer instrument, it would be nice to have a backup.

The guitar needed a bit of finish and setup work to get it properly playable. Many of the fret ends were sharp and the neck relief was so low that it was causing quite a bit of buzz. There are also a couple of slightly high frets, but they're not a problem after setting the neck relief correctly. Fortunately those issues are easily rectified. The tuners are a bit stiff, but are serviceable. Also while the quality of the finish is commendable, the flame top is very obviously fake.

After addressing the playability issues, it's quite nice to play and it sounds exactly as expected. By that I mean it sounds just like every other detuned guitar with EMG Retro Active pickups, which is good and is part of the reason I bought it. Overall I'm happy with the guitar and extremely happy with the price.

came with a twist in the neck...yikes

so i got this guitar on the reputation that they make guitars with great workman ship for a Steal of a price. this is largely true but i was sold a flawed guitar. with a twist in the nick. i took it to my local guitar shop to have it set up and they called me and told me that the guitar had a twist. it was slight and they did the best they could to get the neck as straight as possible. The twist means there is some fret buzz on some of the higher strings around the second and third frets. me and the tech got it to wear it wasn't terribly noticeable but still you pay full price you hope to get a full price guitar. the pickups are great it plays quite well. for the price i still think its decent. a sturdy baritone for sure. just not anything to write home about.

Beastly Tone monster

This is my second Harley benton guitar, and I am just as impressed this time around; excellent build quality, finishing, and attention to detail. Needed normal minor setup. Plays great. Sounds great. Love the baritone scale length and low tuning;

B standard matches my 5 string bass tuning and makes writing full sounding tracks easy!

No complaints at all, and the price point is just killer.

Another winner!

Good value for money

Very good build quality and specs. The neck and fingerboard are very comfortable to play, and the EMGs sound great with heavy distortion and clean sounds. Love the Flame Burst top and the matching headstock. The natural binding gives a "premium" look to the overall design of the guitar. Haven't found any cons, so I am very happy with purchase!
