Excellent acoustic guitar
This is an excellent bang for the buck acoustic guitar.
I was amazed by the build quality, the sound, the looks and the feel of this guitar at this price. I have been using it for almost a year now, and it has never let me down. Plugged in it sounds kinda boring and dull, but that's expected. I use it only with microphones for recording.
I recommend this guitar gladly to anyone in need of a decent, quality instrument for a low price.
Ok I'm impressed
For under $300 this guitar is amazing. First things first this guitar came set up. Yes fully set up! Perfect intonation, action was great, no sharp fret ends, no adjustments needed at the nut or the bridge. The folks at Harley Benton did a killer job of quality control on this instrument.
The Fishman pickup is adequate. Not great, but not terrible. Its no frills and super simple, but at the price point I can't complain one bit. The tuner on the EQ is decent and seemed to me to be accurate when tested against my rack mount tuner.
The guitar itself is comfortable to play. The neck and body have a beautiful matte finish. The unit I received had no blemishes or dings and was double boxed for transit. I especially like the finish on the neck. It is not "sticky" and is very comfortable to play. Unlike many budget acoustics, under $500, the playability of this neck is above par!
The sound tone is very bright. It lacks a little bit of low end, but that would be to my personal preference. And when plugged in that is nothing a little eqing can't compensate for. Overall the tone and sustain are impressive!
If you are looking for a guitar for a beginner, or a second guitar for a seasoned player, this guitar is amazing. Solid wood! Beautiful look! Quality craftsmanship! All in an acoustic electric????? It's an easy choice to make. If you are on the fence about this guitar... hop off. It's a quality instrument and more then worth the price point!
Really nice acoustic guitar
Really good price to quality guitar, I was quite impressed by the sound of it! It doesn’t have any visible imperfections which is amazing, I’d totally recommend this guitar
good sound, good quality, excellent price
just like the title says, it sounds good and is very fairly priced for what you get. Worth it.
Amazing for the money
Amazing quality for such little cost. The guitar has a beautiful satin finish and sounds lovely plugged in and unplugged, great tone and sustain from the solid mahogany top. The onboard tuner and pickup function well and the guitar plays comfortably out of the box, the frets are slightly sharp in places but this is easily rectified. Would fully recommend this guitar!
