Quality

This arived in Canada in 6 days and outside of tunning it was absolutely perfect!!!!! I went to local guitar shop and tried a way more expensive Martin and Taylor and this blew the doors off then in tone and playbility.

More than worth the money and time. Thank You.

Excellent - right out of the box

I use this guitar for playing small groups and for leading worship at church. It has now become my primary acoustic guitar.

Pros: Beautiful - I personally prefer a satin finish as opposed to the usual gloss finish, so this was a pleasant surprise for me; well set up; tone; price; pickup and electronics carry the natural tone very well.

Cons: If I had to pick out one thing, the only item I could come up with is that the built-in tuner seems to 'float' a little bit. For casual playing or on-the-fly quick tuning it's adequate but the Snark seems to be more consistently accurate.

Detailed review:

I intended on taking it to a local luthier for setup (adjusting the action, etc.) but there was no need. Did a quick tuning upon arrival - amazingly it was still almost in tune but about a step low.

* The tuners are tight and even without being too stiff.

* It plays smoothly, couldn't find any fret buzz even using capo up to the 8th fret.

* Intonation is spot on so harmonics are clean, pure sounding, and easy to hit.

* The tone is rich and full at the sound hole, and bright and full strumming at the bridge.

* The pickup is very good especially taking into consideration the price point of the guitar.

I will be purchasing additional guitars (and gear).

Amazing guitar for the price!

Since i never tried a harley benton guitar before, and i needed a new acoustic, i decided to give is a go.

And man, what a blast!

I adore this guitar, and without a doubt, it is one of the leading guitars in it's price range.

The sound is magnificent, and the shape is comfortable.

The only cons i could find, are the following:

* The guitar needed setup, which i guess is not really a con, since every new guitar needs a setup

* Although the included pickup is nice, its sound is thinner then the actual guitar sound. My guess is that upgrading the pickup will do wonders.

The pickup is good though =)

What a nice guitar, everything I was interested in. I’m sold on Harley Benton this is my second purchase and will be ordering several more. Thanks for making a good quality guitar that the common man can afford.

Guitar stays tuned for quite some time... beautiful sound and design ... haven't found any cons :) hope i don't find them

Awesome guitar

It's been how many months now since I first bought this guitar and I can't be more pleased with it. Sounds great, feels great, looks fantastic. Very happy with my purchase!

Beeeeutiful

Great sound, crisp, responsive, no rough areas or sharp frets. Strings are not high, Electronics responsive and clear. Neck was a little dry though will oil it down. Otherwise Great Guitar. Will buy more guitars from them. Cause what the wife don't know.....MUhahahahahhaa

Very decent guitar

The guitar is absolutely perfect for the money. I have bought it to use it for recordings as it has a balanced sound that is not so overwhelming (remember it is a cheap guitar) but well fitted for a session recording purpose as a background role instrument. Very easy to rec.

What a guitar!

Bought it for my friend as a birthday present, of course opened and looked at it so i know how it sound.

Guitar was very well set, low strings action, intonation on spot.

Soundwise somewhere around 400e guitar so its a bargain!

Well built that will last. Highly recomend it even for advanced player!

Perfect guitar for the price

I was convinced after watching some Youtube videos about this instrument. When i open the box the guitar was not in tune and the action was pretty bad! also i strongly suggest using 10s on this guitar and file the tail piece with 2mm. After i change the strings and file that piece the action of the guitar become really amazing!!! just like my electric guitar. the playability is nice. I met some troubles tuning the guitar with the build in Tunner but its not a big deal :) So if you are looking for a budget guitar thats your best shot!.

Perfect for the price range

This is my 2nd steel string guitar and i am amazed how much i got for 200¤. It sounded great straight out of the box, tuned almost perfectly. Stays in tune really well.

I mostly use it for finger picking, and it sounds beautiful also for strumming, really fills the room.

The tuner can be a bit fiddly sometimes, but you get used to it and the pickup sounds well enough for most applications.

I personally really like the slightly matt finish on this piece which adds greatly to the beauty of the wood used in making.

So far i haven't really found any cons really, perhaps it's not the most suited for solos, since i feel like the attack is slightly lower.

Overall, Relatively low budget guitar, which certainly doesn't feel cheap, and can stand up to most mid budget guitars.

This really is a great instrument; the playability of this guitar is fantastic and it look amazing

Love this Guitar

I love this guitar Fishman is really great, the guitar is a beauty loud tones clean and easy to play. I was skeptical about what I get for what I just ordered over the Internet, but now I strongly positively surprised. I've reviewed a lot of tests on Youtube before I decided. It was worth it. Even friends recommend Harley Benton guitars.
