A lovely guitar at a nice price

I’ve had my Fusion-T for some time now. It was my first HB guitar, so my expectations were tempered with a smidge of apprehension as to what I’d actually be getting for my hard earned. My feelings are overwhelmingly positive. Yes, it’s a heavy beast (much, much heavier than my SC-550 II Gotoh that arrived yesterday), but my gigging days are long behind me, and nowadays I mostly play whilst sitting down, so it’s not a problem. It looks great. The finish is perfect, though the mirror black doesn’t react kindly to finger marks. The neck is a tiny bit chunkier than ideal. I have large hands, but suffer from arthritis in my fingers. Finding a neck that works for me can be lottery. I have guitars with (apparently) similar neck profiles that feel very different. That said, the neck is beautiful, and feels gorgeously tactile. It’s a joy to play. The locking tuners seem to do their job as intended. It’s a sharp-looking guitar that, for the money, is a real bargain. Us lefties often get a raw deal when it comes to choice, but HB have a very decent range of options.

Playing for your pounds

I've been a Harley Benton buyer for some time. I don't know any other right handed guitarist who have to play lefthanded guitar (due to the tip of my little finger being cut off in a metal gate accident when I was very small) There are so many styles and prices of guitar to choose from that was unheard of when I started guitar forty years ago!!!!!. This is a tele with teeth and a top quality guitar.

It's a steal

I wanted this guitar for over a year and I had it in my wish list but it was never in stock until now and I had to get it, even though I have 7 more guitars (2 more Harley Benton).

I really can't believe that this guitar, with such a great quality is in the market on this price! Locking tuners, stainless steel frets, ebony fretboard, coil split, wilkinson bridge and such a smooth finish! It also came with a good setup. I just turned the truss rod just a bit to make the action perfect. By the way, the truss rod adjustment is at the lower part of the fretbord (spoke wheel). Great sound by the pickups and the neck feels smooth, with a satin back finish!

Money well spent

Bearing in mind that this is all in relation to the cost... this is an exceptional instrument. The sound comes off as a bit thin when the split is engaged. The neck pickup in the humbucker setting has a beautiful, rich sound. The finish on the fretboard is pretty much flawless to my eye. Tuners are smooth. I don't know where you'd get a better guitar for the money.

Beauty is a Beast

The Guitar is flawless, I have had more fun with the guitar than I could image, setup out the box was spot on and it played like a champion, looking forward to purchasing another with the tremolo.

Ridiculously good value at sub-£300

Great guitar for the money. The fretwork is really nice and smooth, as is the finish on the body. The locking tuners hold tune well and don't lose stability over long bends.

The coil splitting is a bit mixed for my uses, it sounds a bit thin, almost out of phase sounding. The humbuckers themselves though are very strong, with a nice medium output. Nice and versatile.
