Great guitar let down by a really bad set-up!

first of all i am already an owner of 3 other harley benton guitars. I have an eax 500tl faded denem acoustic and 2 of the fusion pro series guitars. They are all great guitars that punch way above their price. These guitars all came set up fine and ready to play. The new roasted maple hard tail in flamed natural finish however came with the worst setup i have ever experienced in all my 30 plus years playing. Dont get me wrong the guitar is great but i know how to set guitars up, so i spent about an hour and a half fixing what should have been done before the guitar went out. The nut was cut extremly high and the acion was a joke. I COULD FIT MY PINKY FINGER UNDER THE LOW E STRING ON THE 18TH FRET. This kind of thing should not happen with a guitar once you go over 300 euro. other than the bad setup the guitar is great, I hope i am the last person who gets a guitar in this state.
