Niks op aan te merken

I've had it for 3 months now and it's still a joy to play.

No issues at all with the quality of production.

Cool that it has a double-phase pick-up on the inside including a built-in tuner (none of my previous guitars had this feature and it's a great addition)

You're buying this for great sound (volume) and of course the looks. The mustache is my favorite!

for the price, its a very good instrument

I decided I wanted to get an electro-acoustic for both recording and gigging purposes, heard nothing but great things about the Benton guitars, decided to have a go and buy one, for the price its such a good value instrument, just been using it for a home currently, sounds great cannot wait to use it live and on recordings.

worth every single penny

Very impressive!

a wonderful acoustic guitar for a price well below its real value. arrived already tuned, the scale and the height of the strings above the fretboard are beyond praise, and all this for a price of about 200 euros. highly recommend!

The guitar was great out of the box. Unfortunately my lower E string snapped during the tuning processes which was very upsetting! The rest of the strings are great though - just gutted I can't play it after waiting so long for the package to arrive </3

I became a total promotor of HB in my district!!!

This really is an accustic guitar with royal blood. I've been playing for 15 year now, played many accoustic 6-strings. My technician is also experienced proffesional musician and we both agreed about this piece. It's made with dignity of much higher rated acoustic guitars. Of course you cannot get 5 stars sound, but it's closest you can go to perfection for this money.God bless Harley Benton. They take care for musicians with lower incomes and big hearts;) Peace and love!

Wow this really is a great guitar for the money. Quality build and great sound. I was looking at a similar guitar from a well known guitar maker at over twice the price and I would say this shaded it overall. I am only a bedroom player so I will have to leave a more technical review to those qualified to make one but highly recommend this guitar to anyone looking for a decent instrument for a very reasonable price. Only minor negative point is the set up was a bit high for my taste but I got a mate who knows a bit about setting up guitars to sort it for me and it is all good now. I really don’t know how Harley Benton can produce such quality at this price but I am not complaining. Pro’s: Good instrument, great price, looks stunning and excellent service. Con’s: Set up a bit high out of the box. Living with the fear that the Police will arrest me for day light robbery for what I paid it!

I love it!

This has been a great guitar, had it for well over a year now. Acoustically it has a solid big tone to it as you might expect from the jumbo body. Once plugged in it does not disappoint either and there is a good range of tones available due to EQ. The inbuilt tuner is not the best. The action could come down a little but that might just be personal taste, in saying that playing a bit of slide on it sounds great. The guitar looks stunning and complimentary comments are often made when it is used at sessions or gigs. I have a few Harley Benton guitars now and i am very happy with each one. The quality for the money spent has always been very good in my opinion.

This is an incredible instrument!

In short, this guitar is one of the best purchases I have made in the past 10 years, without question!

I have absolutely loved this guitar from the moment I took it out of the box. Setup was good, nut slots are cut well and the darn thing almost never has to be tuned. I ended up changing the bridge pins to bone in just to keep everything in line with the lovely bone nut and saddle. The difference in sound was certainly worth the less than $20 it cost. I also removed the pickguard to show off the beautiful wood grain of the spruce top and The maple back, sides and neck are just gorgeous!

The guitar still looks brand new despite playing it for hours on end each day over the last five months. I'm never anything but content and inspired when I pick it up. The sound is excellent and it plays beautifully as you move up the neck towards the body.

I still can't believe how much guitar I received for how little I paid. That continues to blow my mind!

Lovely Guitar but terrible set up

This is a beautiful guitar with a lovely tone but was really spoilt by not being set up before leaving the factory, the action was so high it was un-playable, the action at the 12th fret was over 5mm.

Incredible value.

I've owned Martins, Guilds, Gibsons and others. This jumbo axe is simply remarkable and absolutely on par with the famous names--regardless of price. My luthier friend who did the setup for this axe called his friends to see this instrument. Of course, the price is simply incredible, but I swear, I would prefer this guitar over many others at any price. If you want an impressive guitar that sounds great plugged in, or, that you can stroll with, this is the guitar you must buy!

Unbelievable quality

I cannot find a single flaw with this guitar. Given its price, that is beyond amazing!

The fret edges could be dressed a tiny bit more, but it is so playable right out of the box that I quickly forgot about that.

If this is an indication of the general quality of Harley Benton products, I am going to give up a lot of disposable income to this brand.

Great jumbo guitar

Stunning quality, great components, tuning stability, playability, nice Fishman preamp with built-in tuner, Grover tuners,

nut and bridge are made of bone... I setup it for little bit lower setup, put Elixir 12-53 p.bronze strings and guitar is so f....g great that I can't believe... For that price it beats other guitars in under 1000€ price range... If you like sound of jumbo guitars this is one for you!

Best value for the money

Before telling about the guitar I must admit, that I used to play only electric guitars before, but I always wanted an acoustic Jumbo guitar. So I thought this might be a good choice for me (and it really is).

The guitar looks and sounds amazing. Although, the neck bindings are not very accurate and has some issues. However, they are really visible only if you pay attention to it and they are not affecting playability and sound. The latter is, so to say, is great.

The equipment is great as well. Seriously, Fishman pickup and Grover machine heads for this price. They both work perfectly and It's already almost half of the cost of the guitar.

One thing that need to be mentioned is the size of the frets. They are really very very small (they are both low and slim). After electric guitar these frets are really hard to use, because they require much more pressure. There were no info about it in other reviews, so the fret size was a bit unpleasant surprise for me. However, I guess, it just requires some time to get used to it.

In overall, I can surely recommend this great guitar to anybody who wants and needs good quality instrument with great sound. This is definitely best choice for the money.

Fab guitar

We have 2 of these in our collection, mmy wife,s landed first which prompted the sale of my

ej200sce, why ? .. 1 sound quality, smooth warm MIDS,no trace of boxiness ,fit and finish excellent, silky smooth machine head's,fret work perfect,2 preamp more powerful and reliable than the epiphone .and finally the overall beauty of the finish .I just lowered the bridge a touch ,changed strings to HB coated 11s and both guitars deliver in spades a truly quality sound finger picked or strummed.just finally the colour of the top developed a real depth of beauty over time and the tone just keeps on improving.

Who I am? > Medium experienced and skilled guitarist (electric and country guitar). Playing guitar for 18 years, mainly for fun with my bands and with my party friends. Some experience with bass guitar, drums and sound recording and processing.

Actually I really like this guitar! I like to play and love to listen this gitar.

The sound is very full with very nice and strong lows - probably caused by huge body volume compared to dreadnought guitars.

Structure of maple body is very nice and guitar finishing is excelent in the price range. Maple back structure is not so strong as on the shown picture.

Electronics: integrated pickup and preamp is fine. Fishman's integrated tuner is very powerful weapon.

Pros:

+used D'Addario EXP 16 strings are excelent

+very nice action and overall guitar setting

+price/value ratio

+amazing spruce top structure (better than showed)

Cons:

-maybe neck shape for somebody

Great on mic, not so great on pick-up

GREAT guitar for the price. I miss the lows on the pick-up.

Still I would recommend it. I will use it as a back-up guitar.

Stays in tune great!
