Worth every cent!

This guitar is super affordable. Perfect for beginners. The sound is great. Loud and clear. The strings are quite high at the beginning, but since my fingers started to get used to it, everything works out perfectly at the end.

I am writing a guitar review - Harley Benton CG-45 NS. This is my third guitar (first classical, second electric). Using more 2 months. For a beginner or intermediate guitarist, this is a good guitar. I am not a professional, but I think this is normal. It sounds very good, this is my best guitar at the moment. The guitar has no extras or features, just an acoustic guitar. To sit by the fire - will go.

Best bang for the buck :)

I bought this guitar for my classroom where I teach. The guitar came with perfect setup out of the box :) Now almost 2 years after constant playing by me and my students I can say that is a perfect "workhorse" solution with many uses: Guitar for beginners, teaching, parties, etc.

I recommend this guitar to everyone on a budget or just for someone who needs cheap but a good backup guitar.

Can not argue with value for money

This is simply one of the best vaule acoustic guitars I have ever played. I have bought a few for my guitar students and none had to be much tweaked, being setup almost perfectly. frets were cut nicely, with no sarp edges and dead frets. The greatest surprise were the tuners, which were a lot better than I have ever expected.

If you plan on using it as a gigging guitar I would not reccomend it to anyone since it is neither loud nor pronounced, but for learning and practice or even travelling (it is super compact) is perfect. It is build very solid and being mistreated for almost two years now still perform excellently.

To sum it all up. It is super affordable but niclely made instrument. It is also a quite a lot smaller than my orher acoustic guitars (Made in Germany Framuf and Hofner archtop acoustics) being the same size as an Epiphone Casino (not being that thin) and it is a very comfotable guitar to play standing up or sitting down.

If you are looking for a first guitar look no further, I would just recomend changing the strings for some of better quality, becouse stock ones leae a lot to desire and does not show the instruments full potential.

Beautiful sound!

For only 59 euros this guitar really surprised me.

Amazing sound, even sounds better than some walden guitars I previously owned.

I definitely recomend it to anyone that needs an affordable guitar.

Lovely guitar.

The size of the guitar is ideal. Easy to carry around, easy to handle. I'm into electric guitars and I needed an acoustic to improve my playing so this was ideal. I'm not an expert in any case but this guitar sounds great to me and makes me want to play more. Thank God the pickguard is just a sticker and was not glued when arrived. Without it the guitar looks so much prettier. The tuners are plastic and feel quite cheap but who can complain, it's a ¤60 guitar.

I have been using it for 5 years !

I have been using this guitar for 5 years and for far it is my favorite. A friend of mine bought it just before me and we used to play together, I fell in love with it and with its price.

I use it for every occasions I have, it is the guitar I am using the most through the ones I have. Didn't change the chords in 5 years and it is working perfectly. The tone is staying for a long time even though it's going more or less through warm and cold. I might have to change the chords soon as they are used but still working perfectly.

I highly recommand buying this guitar and I already recommended it to friends.

Just bought an electric one and didn't doubt about the quality of Harley Benton, hope I won't be disappointed.

Great value for money

This guitar is far better that I would expect for this price.

It is a fairly decent, definitely usable instrument.

Fantastic guitar for the price

I bought this folk guitar several years ago, needing something cheap to mess about and practice my chords at home. It really looks the part hanging from the wall in my Man's Cave with the rest of my collection. I still enjoy playing it after all these years, on a regular basis and the sound quality excels any other guitar I have played at that price. Well what else can you buy for 58 Euros that looks and sound like this one. I would recommend this for anyone just starting out on the guitar or a bass player like myself who wants to keep learning the six string and the theory of chords for bass playing.

Very good guitar with nice sound and very good design. I recommend it unreservedly to all, beginner and advanced players to accompany them everywhere.

This is an amazing guitar especially for the money. Don't hesitate, you can always send it back if something isn't as good as it should be, but I bought 4 of these for me and my friends already, and everyone was near perfect. Sound and quality are decent actually, nothing wrong with the guitar, plays good, can get a low action if you take out the raisers under the bridge saddle. Perfect for taking it out anywhere you want and not care if it breaks or anything.

Cheap but great!

Just started playing guitar after playing bass for a few years and this guitar is excellent value for money. The only negative I have is that the bridge saddles are a little high and do need to be filed down

Awesome Guitar for this price

Super, at that time i have doubt about this guitar regarding the quality and of course sound itself. I didnt expece that much about this product then, when i tried to strum this guitar,omg the sound was so good for this price. cant believe it.

Been six months using it, there is no sign of decreasing in quality in terms of body and sound. And once i change the strings feels like new again.

Amazing beginner guitar or for camping/travel

My younger son has been picking up the guitar lately, so I thought it would be nice to get him an inexpensive acoustic. I've bought a few 'Bentons & was amazed at their quality for price so I figured $54 wasn't a big risk. The guitar is very beautiful to look at. Mahogany wood grain looks excellent, as does the "abalone" rosette. Fretwork was nice with no sharp edges. Binding was very well done. Tuners work great and the gold with the pearloid tuning petals is a nice touch. The guitar is small, a true folk guitar with only one strap button. The action was a wee high, not bad & good for a student to build dexterity. Sound wasn't great at first, but improved after a change of strings and some break in playing. Easy and fun to play and great for camping or the beach, because of its great look, decent sound and very cheap price

Good guitar for the money

This guitar is exactly what I was looking for sound-wise. Of course, it does not sound like a professional-grade instrument. But for the money, it does exactly what I expected it to do: to sound like a folk guitar. Decent sustain and note separation only add to the value of the instrument. Overall, I am satisfied and would recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap folk guitar suitable for amateur endeavors.

Great practice guitar

I practice daily with this instrument and takes some punishment but, it has a great sound and stays in tune great...... Especially when i incorporate choking chords. I really hit the strings to get the sound of the snare drum and sounds great and stays tuned. Great guitar for £40.

Eu estava procurando um presente para um amigo, acabei encontrando esse incrivel violao com preço excelente, quando recebi o produto fiquei tão imprecionado com a qualidade que acabei comprando outro para dar ao meu filho que esta aprendendo a tocar violão. O que tenho pra falar de qualidade. 1 o som é muito bom acústicamente falando e leve e simples pra quem está aprendendo é realmente uma ótima escolha. 2 o acabamento externo braço e corpo são de madeira de boa qualidade o que me impreciona por ser ter barato, achei que seria de compensado algo barato mas não, o acabamento no geral é realmente muito bom. 3 somente algo que não gostei foram as cordas meio opacas, e meio robótica, tira um pouco timbre do violão, mas eu fiz a troca das cordas assim que toquei pela primeira vez. Bom indico a todos que esteja querendo aprender a tocar é um excelente instrumento para iniciantes. Harrley Benton instrumentos tem me irecionado muito. Valeu equipe tomann pelo ótimo atendimento e excelentes produtos.
