Cheap and reliable, easy to operate, better preamp than any chinese brand that you can buy.

Terrible quality
2 strings snapped on initial tuning - and done by an experienced violin player.
Pick-up not working at all. Instructions for set up followed exactly but not clear or detailed.
Am returning for refund straightaway. My daughter very disappointed on her birthday
