Do you like new strings?

A half-decent set of new strings vs. a crusty old set delivers a bigger impact than the minimal differences between cheap and "better" strings every time... Buy these and replace your strings twice as often.

Best twang for the buck!

These strings are just great allround strings.Very cheap,but very good sounding and quality.I really recommend them for this price range you cannot get any better ones.Personally I used 40 of these string sets allready,and they are great.

a good choice

I put the strings of this line (10 and 11 gauge) on Fender CC-60s. I really liked the sound, very balanced in frequencies, they hold the setting very well. In all respects, they are in no way inferior to Diadario, at their cost. isn't it lovely?

Von der günstigen Alternative zum Real Deal

Im Keller eines Bekannten fand ich eine alte Westerngitarre mit einigen Macken und einer verdächtigen Halskrümmung. Nach der Begradigungsarbeit sah das Instrument zwar schon besser aus, aber noch immer nicht ganz überzeugend. Da wollte ich nicht unbedingt die teuren Western-Saiten draufziehen in der Sorge, dass der Hals zu stark nachgibt und nicht bespielbar ist. Also einfach mal die Harley Benton WE Saiten bestellt, aufgezogen und angespielt. Und Überraschung: Klang und Haptik der Saiten sind echt gut. Der Klang ist voll und die hohen Saiten klingen gut definiert. Der Hals blieb in der gewünschten Position und weil mir der volle Sound so gut gefiel, habe ich die Saiten gleich draufgelassen. Für meine beiden Westerngitarren greife ich nun immer wieder gerne auf die Harley Benton WE strings zurück!

Feels and plays really good

I'm no expert, either on guitar playing, or guitar strings. However, I know when strings sound and feel, bad and these don't. They sound and feel really nice.

I'd like airtight packaging though. If I was looking for a brand to stick with and buy in bulk, part of that decision process would be airtight packaging. This should be noted by all manufacturers.
