The best guitar Under $400

I don't know where to begin. I love this guitar, the finish, the sound, the overall build quality. The guitar plays flawlessly, Handled all the tomfoolery I threw its way, and is now playing like a dream for an upcoming album. This is a must have for studios, professionals looking to mess around, a beginner unsure of what guitar to start with, and anyone that is in need of a good quality guitar that they can mod. (You do not have to mod this guitar. It was flawless.) 100/5, would buy 10 again.

Great playability

I bought this guitar as a second guitar for my teenager.

They’ve barely put it down since it arrived.

Neck and body are silky smooth

Pickups have a wide variety of tone.

They love it and I couldn’t be happier

It’s a good beginner guitar, but

It’s a great guitar, but pickups are to sensitive, it creates feedback with high gain amps, and tuning peg broke off. I managed to get a new one, but it is cheap.

Still, electronics work and with a little bit of a setup, it’s amazing. Watch out for feedback tho.

A Good Guitar That Just Misses The Mark

A nice inexpensive guitar that sounds good but has some fit and finish issues.

The flat black finish and reversed headstock work and look good. The frets are level, but the ends are very rough and suffer from fret sprouting

The packing also was poorly done. I had read reviews saying that box wasn't padded enough near the headstock. When I opened mine, the headstock was actually sticking out through the end of the box. I contacted a rep, sent in pictures of the damaged guitar and received a small refund according to the damage received to the headstock.

A good choice for beginner musicians

This guitar is my first musical instrument and an order of goods from another country. Because of this, I was extremely worried about the delivery of the goods and its safety. Fortunately, the guitar came in one piece, although some dents and cuts were visible on the box.

The guitar looks pretty good. I didn't notice any signs of bad painting, cracks or scratches. For the price of the guitar, I expected a poor quality finish, but I was wrong.

The hardware does not look very high quality. There are traces of corrosion on the bridge tremolo, although the guitar is brand new.

A couple of frets on the neck have come out a little and cause inconvenience when playing.

I can't compare the sound of the guitar with another instance, so I won't be able to determine its quality. (The pickups are working and that's enough for me))

I have concerns that the neck may bend. Looking at it, I saw a small angle, as if it was going by a screw. I think this is due to the conditions of storage or transportation.

In general, despite some disadvantages, I think this guitar is a really good choice for such money. This is just a salvation for a metalhead who wants his guitar to look in accordance with the genre of his music)

could be better

My expectations for a 100eur guitar were low. And still I was upset. I ordered a new instrument. The instrument had chips on the headstock and body. Neck damage can be attributed to careless shipping. But damage to the body of the guitar? I suspected that I got a sample from the display case. But no. The tool is completely unconfigured. Minzura (Scale), neck deflection, string height and pickup height. I set everything up myself. I set the string height to 1.8mm. The 6th string rattles at the 12th fret. Pickups give good sound for a budget price. Stable rotation of string pegs. Satisfactory price. Inspect before buying

Great bargain

I had to replace one of the tuners and I've sent the frets to be filled after it enduring the dry winter here in Ottawa Ontario, the wood shrunk. But I am pleased with the look and feel. No buzzing..

I am upgrading the pickups to nazgul sentient Humbuckers.

Cracked headstock

For the money it's ok if your a beginner, I wanted a cheap guitar to mod and under closer inspection and stripping the paint off I noticed a considerable crack in the head stock all the way through and along every tuning peg. Other than that a good guitar

Value for the money

Quality of wood and fretwork and finish is good, but there some flaws: the nut carved unevenly and deep. Strings 2 and 3 are lower than others. Pickups sounds good for noname, but there is annoying background noise. The tremolo is not usable in my opinion. Only works in one direction and lose tuning immediately.

Conclusion! Will be perfect after turning tremolo to fixed bridge, guitar shielding the electronics and change the nut.

Great first guitar!

A lot of time has passed since the purchase. A great guitar that gave me a ton of emotions. This is my first guitar, but before that I played other similar instruments and I can say that the quality of performance is very good. The output of the pickups is strong enough, but it didn't bother me in any way, because I don't really play on pure sound. There was one tiny chip, because of which I removed one star) Nothing is perfect)

Not a bad guitar, but some issues

Overall, I was satisfied with this guitar as a fixer-upper, but abandoned the project after a year.

Pros:

- I love the string tension with the tuners on the bottom of the headstock; it makes for good playability and looks cool.

- The neck is super playable! I personally love how chunky and flat it feels. If you're used to a more rounded neck, then this guitar might not be for you.

- The sound is good, but not great. It sounds a bit hollow or bland.

- The matte finish is nice.

Cons:

- It's a very heavy guitar. The first time I picked it up I was a bit disappointed. I once owned a PRS guitar which was really hefty, too, but here it seems unnecessary.

- The nut was awful, reducing playability and tuning stability. I ended up replacing it, but had a difficult time finding the correct nut. After some failed attempts I decided to abandon this project. It was more hassle than it was worth as a beginner modder. Maybe I'll pick it up again someday.

- The tone pot is flimsy and 'came loose' after half a year. It's now barely usable.

Nice guitar

From the pros: The guitar is excellent. Came in good condition, well packed, no scratches. Very pleasant to the touch, fits well in the hands. The guitar was rebuilt from the factory, it is comfortable to play on it, very good strings.

On the downside: the inverted head is uncomfortable for me, also the harrows are too close to each other.

Best for its price

I can't figure out why it is so cheap. It is good in all sides. Can't even say something bad about it. Well, it is pretty heavy)
