Beautiful instrument
Actually we bought this as a 'not much to lose' solution for a beginner. BUT it turned out to be a very good choice. The build quality was very good - it has a very nice feel in the hand. Its beautiful to look at. The sound is warm and punchy - a good asset indeed.
Nice cute little ukulele
The ukulele arrived in great condition and was well setup.
Pros: The instrument looks great!
Small size ..easy to carry around
Great string action
Cons:
The intonation leaves much to be desired. Will wait for couple of days to stretch out the stings and for the wood to set in before deciding if I want to have the instrument setup.
Soundwise..It's a bright instrument, mostly because of it's maple top and size. But it's usable for certain stuff in the studio.
Definitely a ukulele to get if you're a beginner...
Hope this helps! The review is @ my youtube channel :)

Action a bit on the high side out of the box.
After sanding down the bridge, the playability has improved.
This uke sounds good.
Edit 28.10.2021:
The bridge has lifted and I popped it off. Needs repair. It has not been played much, so the glue quality leaves a lot to be desired. It will be repaired, but I am taking away 1 star overall and 1 for quality.
Fantastic Uke for the money
First thing first, it looks spectacular, the Spalted maple looks amazing. It plays great and holds up well tonally even against Ukes 3-4x the price.
