Beautifully crafted tone machine
Out of the box, this beautiful axe was setup nice and low, the frets feel great with no sharp fret ends. The top is absolutely beautiful, especially with the emgs shining in the light. The neck is great, similar to the slim tapered neck offered from other guitar makers. For all the extras on this guitar you cant find on most $3-$600 guitars, this one was worth every penny. The emgs are very nice sounding, you can dial in for blues or shred your favorite metal chuggs/squeels/wheeelywheelywhews...etc rock on friends 🤘🤘

You really can't beat the price point on this guitar. The pickups retail for 199 and this guitar sells for 419. If this were an Epiphone, I would've paid at least 650 on sale. SC-Custom PLUS EMG OCF was playable out of the box: I only had to make a slight adjustment to the G string to bring it into tune. The hardware feels solid, the guitar stays in tune, and has a nice punch to the sound. Not to like: the cheap looking truss rod cover, and if you are less than a foot away from the headstock you can see overspray resulting in uneven lines between the binding and black. I feel kind of nitpicky just mentioning it. Very happy customer. Looking forward to purchasing another HB guitar!

Amazing guitar. I unpacked the package and saw this gorgeous color. The guitar looks great, sounds great, the fret sills are polished, do not cling to your fingers. Harley Benton does cool things.
