Surprisingly unique
The fretboard is just amazing and feels great. The playability of this surpasses other telecaster models I have played. There is a carve out in the area under the pickup, which is fine as it really lightens it up. I guess it feels like blocky to me. I am going to put heavier gauge strings on it. For a good sound review, check out 'Jon is just too loud' on Youtube. The sounds of it are amazing (as is his playing).
Extremely happy!
I was skeptical at first about ordering this budget friendly guitar. I am so glad I did. It had arrived today and I cannot put it down. The sound is beyond expectations and the feel and playability right out of the box is amazing. Factory strings and setup feels perfect already.
Belle finition sonne triblemen bien je m'attendais pas à ça en bref pour ceux qui esite vous pouvez la commander les yeux fermés
Solid guitar for the money
Pros: Looks great, weight relief on body, nut cut well, fret work nice, no QC issues to complain about at all, plays fairly well for a guitar of the price.
Cons: Pickups were poor out of the box, filtertrons need a good setup and these needed a bit of work with the pole heights to get them to a good place, tuners are a bit lame and the back of the neck feels a bit rough, nothing a couple of coats of oil wont sort though.
Definitely good for heavier stuff, but it really shines in its clean tones. Utterly immaculate.
great finish
i have 2 of these teles and this is by far the best looking one. awesome finish, the nut was not cut correctly but you just need to work on it a little bit. great guitar!
My cabronita is screaming now
Got to change the bridge pickup because I wanted a more aggressive sound. So I put a Seymour Duncan JB Bridge PU on it and made it scream! And the mix Bridge/neck is quite good now also!
A definite bang for your buck.
I was for sure pleasantly surprised when I first received this guitar and played it. It feels good, it was completely setup unlike other guitars at this price range. In terms of feel, it feels good, the only noticeable problem is that the tuners feel a bit cheap along with the knobs but in terms of overall playability definitely way better than I expected. In terms of sound, it sounds okay, goof the price range however not something I would play on a record. The Pickups feel cheap and aren't the best quality but for what you are paying for the guitar it is good. Definitely worth a buy.
WOW
I was not expecting what this delivered in terms of sound & how god named big & ballsy it is. Love the neck, arrived in perfect condition, only set-up change was a slight tuning tweak - action was perfect, frets finished incredibly well. This is grossly underpriced.
Good sound, look of the body could be better
Pros:
Got mine with very low action and perfect intonation.
Pups sound very good, I wouldn't change them.
Love the fretboard, frets are well rounded too, no sharp ends.
Weight is on the lower side compared to some of my heavy strats.
Cons:
Bit disappointed with the body, looks more like a foil than actual stained wood, top, bottom and sides do not match either, would have preferred to see the actual wood instead.
Tuners are meh, my HB JA and HB DC Junior has better.
